I would like to mention, that the 2-level module bug is fixed. You only need to spend the regular GXP for the 1st level module instead of the 2nd level's requirement.

There were not mentioned in the patch notes.

Edit: I got Target Decay while using the new patch, using the sole 5000GXP I had at the moment.
