This is just stupid. PUGS should never wait for a match. There are always pugs out there. There are always permades that need one or two to fill in the gaps! If all the premades are matching up perfectly great grab 16 pugs and let us get on with it.
Come on!
This is not a hard formula to figure out. Processors can make billions of calculations a second, how can it possibly take 20 minutes and not find an answer?

Absolutely no change. Still a massive wait to get into a game, commonly with multiple failures. 1 of the 2 games I've gotten in post server-crash was amazingly well balanced, best gameplay I've ever seen. I have some friends who firstly played MWO. They stop because of the lack of balancing between players in game, and the lack of possibility to choose your mech regarding your teammates.
I can understand their choice. As well as I also wich to get opponnent nearly as good/bad as I am.
But the beginning of the Mathcmaking patch who failed a lot, and a lot to find maches. That is absolutelly too much.
I dont play to loose time, I want to play for fun.
Wathever the Matchmaking calculate, It should stop after a certain maximum of 30sec I would say, and then go find in 10sec a match in a dirty way, probably badly loadbalanced.
Please DEV superTeam find a way to ensure we wait not more than 5% than wath we play.
If not now need to explain you will not loose just one player.

1st launch took a while but went through. Very good battle.
2nd and 3nd attempts failed.

I'm a lonewolf most of the time, and I cannot find a match, no matter how long it searches. So far I have not been able to play the new patch.
Please disable the matchmaker phase 3, it needs to go back into testing.

Made pubbies have a chance.
Took competition play out of the picture. The Marik Civil War is on hold due to it.
With the serious players forced to "pug" we now have no reason to buy MC.
Thanks for making the free game cheaper.

After the patch, it usually took 2-3 tries to find a match, didn't keep count... Sometimes longer.
Now after the quickfix, I have not been able to find a match. _At all_. In 30+ minutes.
I noticed though that previously it tried for 2-3 minutes, now it feels like it gives up much sooner and I need to queue again.
Also... three times the client went full screen like when match is starting... black screen for a while and then back to window. Have not seen that before.
On the positive side, the matches that I did get were different. Either a very balanced match, ending 6-8 or we were crushed 8-0. Previously I often saw matches ending 4-8, almost never 8-0.
