After reading the patch notes, I would like to know if:
Any maps got a performance pass. Those passes are very effective.
If the famtom target box bug has been addressed.
Really frustrating to shoot team mates cause you think they are foe.
Any further improments in terms of overall FPS performance?
Thanks.

After fighting with Matchmaker v3, I got into one match, and experienced the phantom target box bug. They have not fixed that yet.

Well, traditionally patch notes only shows things that have been changed, so if they don't say that it isn't resolved, I'll assume that they aren't. Of course the ninja patches mucks this picture up, but there you go.

The normal way of determining a file has been updated is looking inside it and seeing the dates/times of the files.
For instance, the random intro music hasn't been updated, but many of the shaders have.
In many cases, map updates occur, and it's hard to actually tell if anything was addressed. Very likely they are bug fixes if it goes unmentioned in the notes. Performance related map passes are certainly mentioned in the notes.
