XL 300 for me.
AC/20.

The Torso twist is insanely good now.
Feels like a completely new mech.

Undecided here.

Even before the patch i switched back and forth between the standard and the XL engine.
It´s the only Centurion chassis where i am undecided.

I'm leaning towards trying an XL300 with AC20 w/ 4 tons of ammo and 2 mplas. Legs at 40 armour. Might run a bit hot and could switch to mlas instead with 2 tons free for either heatsinks or AMS or ammo added in whatever combination you can make work.

I used the previous standard Wang build. Honestly it's still an amazing build. It's fast, heat efficient, armored, and with the recent torso twist buffs more capable of hitting targets.

Patch notes say the torso twist buff was only for the A and AL. Got a 5% turn rate increase but I suspect you are noticing the fact that bonus skills are now properly doubled if you have YLW edlited.

probably that then. Also faster firing AC/20 is a god send

Also getting good results on my CN9-A

The change to increase torso twist is very useful when aiming my SRMs and the reduction of arm twist actually makes it easier to aim, it sounds like it wouldn't, but in game it helps a lot not to have the reticul go off screen.

Good to hear. Looking forward to trying my YLW after this patch. Have you had some close matches with Elo in place?
