Original Thread from Patch 1.0.142
http://mwomercs.com/...or-mouse-issue/

The 'mouse on screen' bug coupled with this dual monitor bug makes the game unplayable.

Anybody else?

Yes, this game isn't multi-monitor friendly at all. Please Devs, missing shots to this the mouse leaving the window is heartbreaking.

A workaround I've found is to Alt+Enter to go to windowed mode, and Alt+Enter to go back to full screen.

This won't resolve the mouse cursor staying on screen, but it will at least keep the mouse 'within' the game window.

Only a client restart resolves the mouse cursor staying on screen.

I'd like to see a bugfix for this, too. I had to make it a habit to disable additional monitors prior to playing MWO. It is a bit surprising that this bug is still in since developers usually love multi-screen setups for the additional room they offer while debugging. They should stumble over that all the time. Shrug.

Double tapping escape will re-confine the mouse cursor to the game window, if there is not a cursor already in the game. If the game cursor is there it won't confine and the only thing that gets rid of it is a restart. This bug has been well documented and reported. Just put in a "Show/Hide Mouse Cursor" toggle function to a key and let us fix it ourselves. Its more annoying than the windows button.

happens also with tripple monitors

also the bug seams to be caused by tab switching, primary in the loading/match start phase. if i dont tabswitch it does not happen.
