I was helping beta test a fan game once, I forget the name exactly, but the forum for it had an off topic section like this game does...

The point being that the off-topic section of that forum was more popular than the rest of the forum sections combined - mostly with people discussing how you can be off topic in the off-topic forum...
Something that was eventually decided when the game designer finally posted an updated in the off-topic section because no one was following the update section anymore - the game being the only topic to not be discussed in the off-topic forum and thus the only way to actually be off-topic in that forum.

An odd... anecdote? (I forget the word exactly -happens a lot >.< ) that I felt the need to share after noticing the name of this part of the forums today.
