The invincible 3L seems to have returned, I'm sure there will be plenty of threads on this. I really don't care about the ecm or the streaks, I'd just like to be able to actually have a chance at hurting this mech when I do hit it without having to resort to playing one.

More importantly it seems that 3 other hitbox issues have cropped up.
1. Getting shot directly in the back registers hits only on the front in many cases.
2. A lot of hits simply are not registering what so ever.
3. I some how managed to 1 shot suicide my right torso with an srm volley standing in ankle deep water. A volley I could clearly see hit the side of a the big structure in the middle of River City about 100m away.
2 - point blank shots of 3 srm4s and a ML doesn't kill a red ct?
6 - 23 damage laser alphas to get through the leg armor of an afk atlas?

Having the same sort of issues happen to some of my mechs, although my commando seems to have no armor at all amazingly enough, my cicada and cat will take relentless amounts of damage before going down.

edit - this is happening as of 2/20, didn't seem to have these issues 2/19 right after the patch.

Adding 2 points to the WTFHITBOX issue:

Stalker shot me in the face within optimum range with a PPC, Went BOOM, exploded on my screen, shook my mech... Paperdoll never registered damage.

I've also CLEARLY shot high on a mech (ballistic went over its head and hit the wall behind it) and got a double component destroyed and a kill.

I'll add to this. It seems that a lot of light mechs are quite laggy again. I usually have a ping around 70, but find that I can "hit" lights with all manner of weapons, and they don't seem to be registering correct damage. That is, on one of my new Trebuchet's I have 2 large lasers and 3 mediums. On multiple occasions I have come up on the rear of a light to shoo it away from my team's LRM boats, or otherwise flanked them in a fight and hosed them down with multiple alphas - and their armor turns yellow, but nothing more.

Now I realize that lasers tend to hit more than one location at a time, but seriously - a 2LL, 3ML alpha should burn a pretty big whole in any of the light mechs - repeated alphas should take one out, or at least blow a torso off. But instead I'm seeing extremely low damage done to them. I'm not really a bad shot either. Prior to this last patch it wasn't too hard to take one down when it was caught in similar fashion - this patch, I can't even blow a limb off.

I'm wondering if in your damage transfer adjustment you made here if you didn't break things in other ways.
	- Fixed bugs within the damage transfer system:
		- When destroyed components were hit from the back with explosive weapons,  the damage transfer to front and central components would only be a fraction of what it was supposed to be.

Either that or the lag shield has reappeared.

I don't know if it's lag shield per se, because last night I couldn't hit anything light through assault for proper damage whether it was moving or stationary.
