I am not sure if anyone else has noticed, or if they just compensate, but I find that when you turn your mech via the 'A' and 'D' keys when standing still, like press the key once, the jump of your aiming recticule or front facing position moves a good distance.
It appears only smooth when you hold it down.
Could Dev's take a look at this, see if it is the same static distance or does it vary Between Mechs, and whether this might need some adjustments?

I suppose everybody knows the 'jumps' you are talking about.
I assume this is the lecacy of mechs being bipedal. They turn in (literally) steps when standing still, no smooth adjustment possible like with tracks or wheels.
Or they would have to tripple like ballerina...
Only can talk for myself here, but I got very fast used to this 'issue' and do automatically counter the movement with my torso.
