В дополнеие: Все чаще выдает сообщение о потери связи с сервером. Честно говоря очень утомляют подобные сообщения каждый день по несколько раз.

In dopolnenie: increasing reports of loss of communication with the server. Frankly very tiring such messages every day, several times.

Make us some European server!!!

The problem you two are talking about is in the ''Cash at login - nothing helps'' article. It's basically a Windows 8.1 issue that causes your computer to register as ''overheated'' on mechbay loading screen, automatically closing it without a crash message (unless in the Omicron). I don't know if the technical staff is working on it or no.

So fix this problem in the new repairtool.

It repairs file, but it doens't.
So the game crashes on not finding a *.PAK file.

The repair tool offered here is no longer the latest version.

So where do you get the repair tool that fixes it for everyone? I get the missing .pak file error too.

If your game succeeded in its most recent patch/install, mworepairtool v1.2.3 is in /Bin32.

I had the missing .pak error, too. However, the paks finally d/led correctly after two more restarts and re-repairs.

I'm not sure, but it looked like the repair tool read an error in a pak and d/led it; but then at some point in completing repairs (or when starting the game, I didn't check between then and certainly don't want to test it!), it deleted a few gigabytes worth of paks (at least 40, 3 gigs or so?). Might've been more sensible to just reinstall.

Something about "check and balance" in there, hope they find the light. :D

Is there any way to improve the Repair Tool so that it doesn't almost always hang when trying to close it? It seems to keep downloading or keep scanning when that occurs.

maybe the starting post should be edited to make it clear that the most recent version of the repair-tool can be found in the bin32 folder.

Every time i run the repair tool im having to run it twice before it replaces the file. Its kind of a big deal with its a 1.3gb objects file!

Repair tool found objects.pak no good.

Okay, it happens. Repair!

I am now on my 6th download of the objects.pak (along with random other files on occasion for no apparent reason- good one scan, bad the next). Can't seem to get a clean copy?

EDIT: Seventh Eighth. After this, I'm done trying until something different is proposed. Whatever isn't playing nice, the repair tool can't solve.

Ah so this is what wasted so much of my time last night while trying to fix my PC and hogging the entire house bandwidth downloading some monumental files. While i was in a hurry before going out. Had to leave the bloomin thing running in the end.

I'm having the same issue, though I'm only on my 2nd download... I guess I can stop now. ;)

Try manually downloading the damaged files using the process mentioned here:
http://mwomercs.com/...st-for-and-fix/
Basically you download the files directly using for example your browser with the following procedure:

NOTE: This is not a browsable link. You must have a direct link to each and every file. This means.

If you need Objects.pak, you must browse to this link: http://patcher.mwome...ame/Objects.pak

Once downloaded, replace the original Objects.pak with the new one.

Then just copy the files to your game folder.
I found that that way you have a clean copy of the file and don't have to run the repair tool time and again downloading 1.3GB files multiple times. I just use the repair tool to diagnose the damaged files. For some reason, some files you can't download using the address above...
