After the todays patch when I click the "Play" button it turns "Please Wait" and nothing happens. I downloaded and used the repair tool and installed fresh client with no success.

That is where it hangs. I let it sit for 45mins to see if my 6 cores weren't able to get it done =) I added the other log in case that helps too.

Why yes I am. It's also the pro ver of windows 7 for compatibility reasons on older programs I play.

Same problem, same attempted solution with no luck.

Whats up with this guys? I want an official answer as to the cause of this because my public test server launcher has been having the same issue. If its a queueing issue, you should clearly denote that there is a queue. Right now it just looks like the launcher is straight up broken because it does not provide adequate user feedback.

I want an official response to the cause of this issue because it keeps popping up, if not I'm going request a refund on my phoenix pack because i'm not going to put money into something that won't let me use it.

Could this be a port forwarding issue? If so what are the ports to forward in order to get to the authentication screen? I do want to help you work through this =)

Exact same thing.. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Also used the repair tool and still nothing.

Same problem will not load running repair tool now, if that doesn't work will open a ticket.

Closing the patcher and opening a ticket..... lets hurry up and wait some more.

another patch thats a downgrade xD (lots of old bugs it seems if i read topics)

error loading RSS feed!
root element is missing

third try:

same like start thread


fourth try:

RSS error...

... and goes on...

same problem here. Repair tool. Uninstall, repair tool again. Looking or answers please help. Asus amd a8 2.0 quad core. Windows 7. Played this game since cb. Never had a problem like this.

Same issues as stated above. Did fresh reinstall of the game as well as video card drivers update and still nada.
