They can always mirror flip images which makes it look like sides are reversed.

So at minimum (and most likely) it's going to have 1B (RT) 1M (LT) 6E (RA/LA). :P

Boar's Head.....is that some vague Lord of the Flies reference? :P

EDIT: Looking on sarna it actually looks like they took the specs from the Danielle Atlas and gave it a new name.

Yup. To a T. 6MLs 1AC20 1LRM20 STD300 and 22SHS.

Notable 'Mechs & MechWarriors: MechWarrior Rodney Van Kleven
A member of the elite 6th Syrtis Fusiliers, Rodney Van Kleven is an aristocrat with the instincts of a democrat. Extremely personable, he is well liked by everyone from fellow MechWarriors to the lowliest ship's cook.
On the battlefield, Van Kleven uses his Atlas, which he calls the Boar's Head, like a 100-ton scout. He stomps all over the field, creating general terror in the enemy lines and almost always overheating his 'Mech. He has won several land grants, but quickly loses the titles when his 'Mech overheats and shuts down on the battlefield.

Quote from Sarna :

Quote

AS7-D Atlas Danielle - Piloted by Wolf's Dragoons Captain Danielle Rondema, this modified Atlas carried three medium lasers in each arm, trading away the SRM rack to do so. The additional heat was dissipated by two additional heat sinks that replaced the rear-firing medium

This Atlas will be the mother of all brawlers!

They said in the recent ATD that they have a 3 month buffer in mechs so they can develop Clan content in the background. That fits nicely up to the end of the year.

With this Hero release, it seems that "the buffer" means they plan to release backlog Hero content for previous mechs and the "Mech of the Month" will simply be the expected monthly releases for the Phoenix mechs.

The image was mirrored. I believe it was flipped for aesthetics. I shall nerf the aesthetician.

N.B. If you flip the image horizontally back, you can make out some of the writing on the hand. :P

That's lame, I was looking forward to having the configuration actually be different from the other Atlai.

BTW, does the other hand say WAR?

I would agree with that, assuming it's even a good mech to begin with. That's the type of product that screams for a sale in the future though.

If you buy the 25000MC package, the cost of the mech magically goes down to an even $30. (7500/25000 = .3 x 100 (99.99) = 30) Yay for buying in bulk. :P

Of course, wait for it....there will be people who cry about it costing about $42 (7500/1250 = 6 * 6.95 = 41.70). Sigh. Please educate them if you see such posts. :P
