If there is one thing I really don't like when I'm on my Stalker or my Atlas.

It's that yellow-like HUD color almost everywhere on the screen.

Why can't we personalise our color of HUD?
Grey, Blue, Cyan, purple. The color of our choice.

Hawken done it.
Why not MW:O?

indeed, a lot of the community appears to agree....I for one would love to change my HUD color. Hopefully it will be added eventually.

The numbers change too fast is hard to see them sometimes.

They get blurred with the environment in first person, the numbers and letters need 1 pixel back and/or white, shadow and/or border.

When you press 'Q' the movement of the 'mech while walking/running fast makes difficult to see the letters/numbers; readability needs improvements in this game, badly.

I'd go full Steiner and paint my HUD completely blue. :)

I like the idea a lot, but couldn't resist the 'I like trains' option.

Absolutely not. Don't give them any ideas, especially charging for a basic feature that's in a majority of games.

Trains are cool.... Unless you mean those trains... :P

Seriously though, I'd LOVE to be able to customize my HUD. just about every other game out there lets you do it (I refer specifically to STO though). Let us move it around, make it larger, smaller, some components here or there or remove stuff we really don't care about....

I cannot see PGI implementing this in-game without charging MC tbh.... What level of aesthetic customization do we get currently that doesn't cost MC? If they're already charging for the most basic paint colors, I can't see why they wouldn't charge for HUD colors.

Obviously I would prefer it to be CB or even....

I have great difficulty seeing the yellow IS HUD. I didn't realize it until we got the blue, beefy clan HUD. Then when I get back into my IS mechs I have to really look hard for my HUD.

it seems like the clan HUD is blue with a black outline, while the IS is just yellow with no black outline. if it was yellow with a black outline it would contrast on both light and dark maps nicely

Like camo colours? yeah, i'd throw in a dollar or two for that.

Easthetic customization? I dunno about you, but i can't see s*** if a mud coloured HUD meets a mud coloured map.

Had a talk earlier about folks here, who're playing for quite a while and sitting on large amounts of C-bills, so instead of making them throw on airstrike after another, it may be a good idea to bring up basic HUD colours for larger C-bills sums (I'd say 50M or so) and, ofc, more fancy colours for C-bills.

(The talk was actually about hilariously expensive extra C-bills camoshemes, to give the more well-heeled players something else to to besides playing "artillery commander 2.0".)

To keep it in touch with lore all colors involving the crosshairs should be haloed in Gold. Bright red with gold halo .... Blue with Gold Halo etc... this will prevent you from loosing your crosshairs in the CT of an enemy mech at close range with similar paint scheme colors.

Hell, Hawken monetized it. It's another potential revenue stream PGI is ignoring

Not another super, basic feature for PGI to nickel & dime; or rather five & ten (dollar bill) us with.

This should've been in since day one as a core feature.
