I see others have received their injections, and I was curious - I don't think the injections are complete as of yet. I haven't received mine, and I'm just itching to get my hands on them!

I seem to have the 2 million cbills though from the one year, but nothing else. >.<

Likewise, i havn't received my Mad Dogs yet either, hoping you are right and it's just timing, as i don't seem to be able to open a ticket. It tells me i need to select a preset category, but when i drop down the menu, there are no categories to select....

also missing the Mad dog purchased it earlier today its 1:35 am here now its an hour and half over due for its injection :\

I am missing everything.
Did the upgrade clan pack 1 and wave 2 men of war yesterday.

Come 4pm today... nothing no Masakari pack or the maddog.

Okay so it's not just me then. I sent the issue way up the ladder to Russ and he said he's getting with support to see what the issue is, his response time was near instant so props to him for taking the time to look at it.

So don't everyone go crazy and start emailing. They're tracking it and I've even forwarded this thread. So lets sit tight and see what happens. It's probably some database error or something unforeseen has occurred in the backend, either way they're working on it.

Purchased the Upgrade to Masakari collection from Al La Carte yesterday evening. It's been about 24 hours and, yet to receive my Novas and Adders + Modules. Payment has cleared according to my bank.

Yeah, I purchased Tuesday and still don't have it, and my payment showed as clearing right away. And I did log off and back on multiple times.

Same exact thing here except I had Masakari already. I checked that all the requirements were met by 2pm today and come 4, they were never entered into my account. Still waiting on them and any sort of action, even an email reply from support would be nice. Russ was nice enough to get the ball rolling but hes a little bit beyond where the actual work should be getting done. I shouldn't have to be emailing him. I find it humorous that he's doing their job for them though, and I am grateful for his assistance.

same with me :( i know i originally had a couple ala cartes for the wave 1. then i refunded and got a masakari right before it came out, dunno if that might have anything to do with it

I'm at 36 hours without it showing up. Mailed support with no reply as of yet (although it was after their listed closing time yesterday so fingers crossed for when they come in today.) https://mwomercs.com/upgrade said I qualify less then five minutes after making the purchase.

Support opened hours ago, so now I guess we just have to wait. I'm getting more and more disappointed. 40 hours after purchase at this point.
