I think you should add a non-IIC clan battlemech pack.

It could be,
- Piranha
- Corvis or Conjurer/Hellhound (I strongly prefer the MW4 version.
- Glass Spider or Grizzly
- Bane or Supernova

There is, since the beginning:

Clan Second Line Legacy Pack (early Clan non-omni mechs - most need extra variants):

- Light: Piranha (or Horned Owl/Peregrin, or Incubus/Vixen)
- Medium: Conjurer/Hellhound* (or Vapor Eagle/Goshawk)
- Heavy: Black Python/Viper(or Glass Spider/Galahad, or Grizzly)
- Assault: Kodiak
Reinforcements/Reward: Supernova, Bane/Kraken, Stone Rhino/Behemoth

* The Conjurer should look somewhat similar to the MWO's Wolverine (it is in all but in name the Wolverine IIC - something MW4 ignored when they made a completely new design).

I know the Hellhound from MW4 is super sexy (probably the best looking mech of the game), but that look is much more similar to the Black Lanner - it's nothing like the humanoid Wolverine IIC. Maybe the MW4 devs mixed up the two mechs?

Oops...

What if Pgi made the lore one the clan name & the mw4 one the IS name?

Or they can make their Black Lanner look very similar with the MW4's Hellhound.

Hmm I guess. I'm not a big fan because 1. It looks awkward and 2. Having the podspace of the Scat.

Well, we will see in one month...

Anyway, I updated the OP with the last intel. I know, I know... the topic is becoming less relevant now, because of the new trend of standalone packs...

I loved the MW 4 hellhound, also we need the conjurer.

Just a quick question, will the Night Gyr be able for pre order at Wednesday? Cant decide if I'll get the Cyclops or Night Gyr..

Alright thanks for the answer. Nice that we get two mechs in August. Cyclops and the Night Gyr? As far as I recall.

Those are good options, imo we got 2 more Omni's on deck. About 4 more IS and then 4 IIC's, maybe 2 more Omni Assaults. This gets us to about a year from now, when the offical MWO clock hits June 3052 and we get May 3052 out of the way (aka the real Battle of Tukayyid date.) CW map is adjust for a few months while these mechs are added and then whammy! Time jump patch.

5 small lasers, sir.

And it's not the size of the gun that counts, but how you use it!

Yeah but they've changed up the formula a bit.

Do we have confirmation of this? March could be a one time deal for the time jump.

Origins IIC Package II

Light: UrbanMech IIC or Locust IIC
Medium: Shadow Hawk IIC or Griffin IIC
Heavy: Rifleman IIC
Assault: Warhammer IIC
Reinforcement/Reward/Standalone: Phoenix Hawk IIC

Clan IIC "Classic" Battlemechs: Locust IIC, Griffin IIC, Rifleman IIC, (ftfy) Warhammer IIC

If PGI were to go with a Classic IIC origins package in April, then I would be willing to forgive them as long as the mechs don't get nerfed to oblivion a few months after release.

That's a pretty solid bet. But it won't come in April (the jumbo packs are not monthly) and honestly, now the 3060s floodgates are opened, I think there will be at least 1 MW4 mech in each pack.
