While NS has the tags due to a sizeable chunk of the unit hating their real lives and dropping all night additional thanks goes out to NKVA and all other NA timezone defenders (9th Sword, Arkab, 6RNT, 3TL,CH, etc)

Luthien may be marked with an [NS] tag, but that tag represents the first, greatest, and possibly only defense of a House capital world against the Clans.

It is a mark no other faction bears, and that is praiseworthy.

I was on a huge losing streak, so I solo dropped in the fluffiest drop deck I could muster (AWS-8R, DRG-1N, CPLT-K2 and my PNT-10K) and "counterattacked" for a little under 20 minutes and scored one kill. Worth it.

Around 1am PST I half-heartedly stated that I would stay up to defend Luthien until it was safe or we reached the next ceasefire. I didn't actually think that I would have to stay up until 6am with my fellow Kurita brothers throwing ourselves against the clan horde. This was an amazing achievement for all of us in the Inner Sphere who dropped to help defend Luthien and House Kurita is glad for all the support it received.

To our Inner Sphere enemies who created alt accounts to attack Luthien, nice try guys!

To the CSJ invaders, thanks for the challenging matches!

Seriously though, I respect anyone demonstrating expertise in the game or forum PvP, and you guys held down your capital during a concentrated attack. And during the janky oceanic attack cycle no less. Props.

As well as not mentioning how many alt-accounters hopped on last night to assist da Plushy Kat's raid on Luthien, or did you think that massive influx of clan trial mech was also a "fluke"?

I'll give SJ, and the clans overall, one thing though: It was amazing to see the number of pilots show up last night. You gave one hell of a battle and despite my displeasure with PGI atm, I admit that last night was rather fun.
