Interesting, but I'd be more interested in knowing how many of those players are still active and how many of those units actually field their numbers in organized groups. Too bad we can't get that unless PGI decides to be more transparent with faction numbers, CW or otherwise.

It's be nice if they just let us have all the stats instead of running this like a middle school soccer league.

Whoa dude, not sure what you're implying here. Are you trying to tell me that the development team that thinks the quirk passes for the resistance mechs and low-tier clan mechs aren't completely laughable are doing something completely nonsensical like hide player stats for no reason?

Too bad there is not a rating system voted on by non aligned players

I would vote for units like TCAF, ACES, BWC, CWI, and -PC-
I either dropped with them or got my teeth kicked by them

No, I'm saying they hide them because they are overly polite Canadians. In Canadian soccer, everything is a goal and they don't keep score. MWO is modeled after this.

The Seraphim's numbers are in the ballpark for registered to play in CW. Otherwise these numbers above are low.

The 21st Arcturan Guard used to have over 100 players. Everyone left about the time Clan Invasion Pack 1 came out. Now we have about 30. 10 of which are active on a daily basis.

Of course we are loyal to the smaller power of the Deep Periphery "Brotherhood of Randis", and act as MERCS in MWO which only take contracts from Inner Sphere factions.

You should check that map again, the wolves would like to disagree on your "holdings"

I wonder what those numbers would be if you cut all members who don't log in at least once a week.

As for today 12th Donegal Guards has 193 players and most of them are active. On our training days we have 5-7 12 mans running.

On special occasions, like the recapture of Skye our TS can be pretty crowded.

NS has 88 in our faction unit. 70 of which actually played CW at some point ... 50 of whom were fairly active the entire time until recently. We have another 30 offline whom just can't bring themselves to come back or they play something else on steam at this point.

Currently about 15 guys are active to semi active until reset.

Stats would be cool though for the unit if for no other reason than to help manage the unit better. Strangely we always seem to have 35 to 50 on the forums each each.

2 - Competitive 12 mans that win 95% of the time are all you really need based on my CW experience. It would be nice to see more 12 or 10 man action going on but for the most part only Davion consistently steps up as a group for 12 man (aside from MERCs)

Funny, I've never even heard of [RRB] or remember ever seeing them in the pub queue. Every other unit on this list I see represented very frequently.

edit: oh, and [-H-]. I don't think I've ever noticed that one either. Odd.

Where exactly do these bigger units hang out/converse? Getting unit members to play together for CJF has been a problem due to low numbers, and other things.

The Mercstar numbers are inflated, as usual, even counting every inactive, multi-account, and non-cw player in the unit. BWC states they have over 400 MWO players on their website...CGBI has a very small group that plays CW and in the last two months it seemed like the overall size of the unit has decreased by a large amount...this list just doesn't seem accurate, especially when considering active players in CW.

CGBI had a large cleaning of house, and the unit is dramatically smaller than it used to be. We're talking, 300+ members to only 80+ levels of dramatic.

It seems that PGI has hardcoded a limit of 512 members per unit !

Today someone whom i sent a invite to join us told me that it got the message that our unit is FULL !

Omega mob [0 m] with currently 512 members.
http://omega-mob.clansweb.org
We are a VERY casual unit with mostly solo playing or inactive members.
