I actually had one crash on monday before the patch. On loading Mining Collective, the game got stuck in a "loading game" loop. Task manager displayed that MWO was not responding, so I had to force quit. Since that one time I've had no problem on Mining Collective, or any other map. At the time I assumed maybe it was an individual server crapping out (this has happened to me a couple times before). It could also have been due to tabbing out right before the client started to load the match, but I couldn't remember if I'd done so. I restarted the client and tried to rejoin the match, this time making sure not to tab out or do anything poweruser-ish/unnatural. The game still got stuck in a loop loading for at least 2 minutes before I gave up and force quit again. This is the only crashing issue I've had in months, and it was pre-patch. So, I have a feeling that I must have done some combination of untypical actions on my computer to cause the issue. I will try to replicate the crash and re-post here if I find anything. Since the patch was already rolled out though, I may not find anything..

Allready used the MWO repair tool. Unfortunatly client still keeps crashing. I'll just wait for the bugfix, because this is annoying.

Note that it NEVER crashes in other game modes, I can play 10 games in a row without problems. The repair tool found nothing.
It is getting worse because I was able to play CW with relatively few crashes until 1-2 months ago.
Crashes are "clean" crashes to desktop, no blue screens nor system lockups. Apparently it is related to memory usage because I occasionally get an allocation error dialog, sometime multiple dialogs.
