I wish they put the sale on ALL the hero mechs at once. That way I could get the Protector adn maybe 1 or 2 other heroes.

I was actually going to suggest that you do exactly this. I would have bought a new hero just for this event, I was eyeballing
the Orion or Raven Hero. Or Grey Death, Personally I think you should put the mastery packs more into the spotlight. If people buy a hero chances are good they want to master it and use it to make money. So maybe selling standalone heros should not be the default purchasing method IMO.

Anyway, nice to see PGI ´staff in the shark tank and sort of answer questions before they arise. Way to go. +1 Rep

The mastery packs have all mechs pretty much 50% off (plus mech bays, premium time, and sometimes a standing item), so putting them on sale is unlikely, however once or twice a year might be a nice sale.

So they are basically small packages. What would be wrong to give players a bit more value for their money when in return
you get a bit more yourself. Packages are generally the best balanced purchasing option for both PGI and the customer IMO. So would it not be smart to focus on that. Maybe the mastery packs just need a little content/ price tweak, idk.
I think they are probably fine the way they are. They are just easily overlooked. I found out about them only recently and only by chance. Then again I don't really see your argument against making it the to go to option for selling and buying heros.
Regarding the sales frequency, that should be in line with the general sales frequency.

I have a question if I get the heavy metal it has its own war horn can I put a set of Christmas lights ( mounted) and still have the built in war horn work ?

Just today I was yerning to buy an Ives but I cant justify the full prices for Heros, hopefully next week.

I might be tempted to grab a Wang though.
