How to test:
- Equip a Hellbringer with 2 Clan ER Large Laser and the CERLL cooldown module. I placed them in head and right torso.
- Go to Testing Grounds and alternate fire with both CERLL. You will find out that when the first CERLL finishes shooting the second starts and when the second stops the first resumes fire immediately.
- Now launch a game and test again. There is a time gap between when the second CERLL stops and the first resumes fire. The CERLL cooldown module isnt working ingame.

That's actually a bug with testing grounds. The weapon cooldown starts right when you fire, not after the burntime as it's supposed to. So you can fire more quickly in testing grounds than you should be able to.

Kind of defeats the purpose of having a Testing Grounds. Doesnt it?
