Someone was asking about the scale for locust a while back so I figured i'd take some SS and post them

Indeed

The outside view is spectacular, the cockpit is my favorite in the game, and everything about it just looks and feels right. I started playing it because of its looks, and continue to do so because of its looks...as well as its total badassery

Haha, I did this once with single heatsinks and got caustic valley. I got three kills before dying! Since then I haven't wanted to lose that mech's KDR so haven't played it. I really should

Same. It was my very first 'Mech purchase out of Cadet: the LCT-1V. It was pretty, it was fast, and I was totally terrible with it back then. Sold it, learned how to actually play this game with a trial Cicada, a BJ-1DC, and a JM6-DD then came back to it with the 3M. Self-discovered the 5xSPL build (back in the 3.4 damage, 90m days!), and hoooooly sheeeeeiit, it got real!

i cant stand the locust cockpit. the cockpit blocks your view of everything.

Ha ha.... I find it best to just use the "force" when I m in my locusts. Besides...who needs to see anything with 2 MG's flash burning dot's onto your retinas? I just close my eyes and let the killing spree begin... because I am super fast!!!

I love my 3m and it has to be my best Locust to run for my play style. I have to ask though, whats better than 5 small pulse lasers.....? That's right folks, 6 small pulse lasers.

The Locust was one of the best designed Mechs in the game in terms of scaling and cosmetics. I think it's also one of the most fun to pilot!
