The other night I got a surprise phone call. It seems that a former student of mine was attacked when she stepped onto an elevator. She rewarded the man who assaulted her with a broken arm.

I teach a mix of styles that are blended together in a cross training format. Some of it is stick techs, while the majority is hand to hand. My students start out with good old fashioned boxing to help focus on fitness and to some degree, aim.
