Heavy: TBR (also 2x cER PPC + 1x cGauss), maybe GHR (5x ERLL) and WHM (2x PPC + 2x UAC/5)?
Medium: HBK-IIC (2x cER PPC or 3x cLPL)
Light: JR7-IIC (6x cERML or cSRM36)
So...yes?

Heavy: Marauder (occasionally)
Medium: Griffin, Stormcrow (occasionally), Shadowcat (occasionally)
Light: Oxide
But the thing to note is that the tourney client is not the same as our live client.

High mounted Clan Battlemechs. That's the competitive meta right now. Clan battlemechs had already powercreeped whatever tenuous balance that had hinged on fixed equipments for Clan omnimechs. A high mounted Clan battlemech will always be #1 due to inherent Clan superiority in the base weapon/equipment tech. Which is why PGI really needs to balance those equipments and weapons through case by case basis, instead of bandaging with quirks.
Safe bet Rifleman IIC will hit the server next year. With that, Clans will have high mounted battlemechs in every mech class. Which will further tip the imbalance.

I doubt competitive matches allow an Atlas to get within 250 meters without getting stripped.

Oh yeah, I did forget about the Oxide.
Marauders are used by teams who don't know better; it can't hang with the other Heavies I mentioned. It's short on DPS compared to the Warhammer (and has inferior mounts), short on range compared to the Grasshopper, and can't peak like the pop-tart Timberwolf can.
Kinda the same deal for the Shadowcat.
They are both playing to the meta, but they are not the optimal solutions to it.

Since we all know the tournament client runs on a build from several months ago where rescaling and requirking didn't happen, there is no need to discuss balance based on it. But nice little sneaky "nerf clanmechs" thread nevertheless.

But hey working as intended I guess.
And no this not a stealth nerf clanky mech thread.
So stop.
Obvious is sooooooo Obvious.

For the most part yes.
However it's not simply a case of "Clan Mechs OP".
1) Assault: Kodiak-3
No other assault can bring as much firepower in both long range PPFLD OR Huge ballistic DPS while also being very mobile for an assault.
2) Heavy: TBR
Actually, the heavy class sees the most variation.
WHM-6R and GRH-5P/5H are all frequently used.
The TBR is often brought so you have at least one Gauss+CERPPC mech that also has JJs, which is a niche right now that the IS simply does not have a mech that can compete as well as the TBR.
The WHM-6R is actually great, but it lacks JJs so for some strategies or players preferences it isn't always selected.
GRH is an ERLLAS sniper, so that's drop deck dependant on whether or not that makes sense. It can help control the field and trade from extreme ranges but its a "slow damage" mech (my term for it) - so in the faster paced matches it often struggles to do more than 300 damage. Once the battle gets inside mid or short ranges, the flaws of ERLLAS really start to show.
3) Medium: HBK-IIC
Best mount locations for either a 2x CERPPC jump sniper (again, Canyon) or the Emp Special (4x CUAC 2s)
4) Light: ACH or Jenner-IIC
Oxide doesn't have JJs.
ACH is a smaller target and with both ECM & JJs compared to the IS lights that do a similar thing (who none of which currently have all three attributes).

KDK is a battlemech that can already do endo & ferro (and getting to use builds that have been nerfed)
TBR and SCR already won the endo/ferro lottery and have both at the top end of their weight class.
Unlocking endo and ferro is about making the under-performing omnis a more viable option, not about improving the top performers

And yet, the only changes to the meta on Live have been the addition of the Night Gyr as a Heavy and the replacement of the Jenner IIC with the ACH.
Hmmmmm...

"Git gud!" the guru replied dismissively with a wave of a hand.
Puzzled, the mechwarrior meditated on this for seven days before approaching the master again.
"Git gud!" he gruffly responded, this time reaching back and tossing down a mop, brush and bucket.
The young warrior glanced around as the items clattered down the stairs, seeing monks carrying out various housekeeping chores. Arching a brow, he rose and went about his way to begin cleaning the temple. Another week passed before he met the guru again.
Before he could even open his mouth, the master sighed, nearly breaking his icy calm with a shout as he reached into his saffron robes and pulled out a tablet, pointing with a calloused fingertip "Git gud! Git gud, git gud, git gud!"
The initiate approached, curiously peering at the screen and saw the new Clan Hero mech variants with a sudden flash of enlightenment... (or perhaps it was just the light glinting off the gold charge card offered in the guru's hand?)
"Thank you Master!" the young mechwarrior bowed deeply, borrowing the charge card and quickly ordering the new mechs. Within the hour he was the proud owner of the new variants; a Kodiak GUD, a Timberwolf GUD, a Stormcrow GUD and a Jenner IIC GUD. And all lived happily ever after, except for the torrents of nerd tears shared by the Inner Sphere loyalists. A Gud ending to a gud story about git'n gud. Gud buy! <---(Intentional misuse of "buy" so please don't correct me.)
P.S. It's all a joke so please take it that way.

Assaults: KDK-3. If you run a different assault...you're wrong. To a degree that you're just not in the regional finals.
Heavies: TBRs, GHRs, WHMs. This is the most varied class by far.
Mediums: HBK-IIC almost exclusively. Mostly the IIC-A but the base IIC sees some use (and will see more on Tourmaline because it's cooler). Some IFRs in some strats (yes, really), I can see SCR/NVA.
Lights: JR7-IICs (both IIC and IIC-As depending) and ACHs are the only real options. You see occasional poking lights like RVNs but really the IIC-A with ERMLs does that role as well and offers more flexibility.
So, yes. Clan dominated right now, at least in tourney build.
