This fixation with mead must stop. It isn't 0900 A.D.

so... then maybe we should stop drinking beer and wine since they've been around what, 9500 BC and 4500 BC respectively, come on let's get with the times, we should all be drinking bourbon whiskey since it's only been in production since the 1800s (mead will never go out of style it's just harder to mass produce than other liquors since it's derived from honey, not exactly the safest crop to harvest ^.^)

Here in Northern California we have a great deal of local organic honey. Perhaps I should try making some mead. Something new to learn!

Funny how? This could be an interesting experiment...

Also, I meant in a "through the ages" way, not literally aging. :D

I'm more curious about how you get an ageless good wench? I'm not entirely fussy, but try to avoid, say 4500 year olds.

Location: [CLASSIFIED - Awaiting Final Editing and Declassification]
Date: ?? Roughly May 21st, 2049 (Terran and Location time difference)
Resource: Skjaldborg Operations - Storyboard Briefing Archives

The “Boundless Luck” Trader Dropship burned through the receding evening clouds of the atmosphere, dropping altitude at a leisurely and inconspicuous rate. Inside the worn and pitted hull, the 2nd Regiment, 1st Battalion "Mongoose" Company of the Skjaldborg Mercenary "Brigade" ran through their pre-drop checks.

"Gjallarhorn is locked and loaded," announced Lojtnant Jussi "Tuonela" Talvi. "Drop us in hot and let us get to work. The faster we are in and out the better."

....tbc.
