Have you read their eula? They openly have a clause that allows active probing of your machine (including file structures not related to their games....so pics, mp3s..... I won't even touch an EA game.

Trust me Bulletstorm was a good choice. It's what Duke Nukem Forever was ment to be.

The original deal is from slickdeals.net, and it only works for a list of 85 games, I believe. They list some of the big ones on the front page of reddit, and have a link to the full listing there.
