I just hope there will be a Jenner Hero mech. Maybe I will buy a YLW at some pint but I already have three Cents I like.
And I really think that the YLW has too few HP.

Not so up on the Lore, was there a "hero" type Hunchie or Catapult?

I would buy a K2 Hero or even a C1 hero, maybe a Hunchie depending on what chassis model it was based upon.

I find that MC costs for mechs and items are very high. I could buy an entire video game for the cost of a single hero mech in MWO.

However, since I'd already invested 30 dollars in the future of the game, I had MC that was just going to waste.

I bought a Flame because there's a *lot* of different loadouts you can try with it, and the Ballistic hardpoint was in a side torso (allowing AC/20s, and Gauss that doesn't break right away). The big cash bonus doesn't hurt, either.

I most likely will never buy another hero mech, though you never know... if I really get into the game and they decrease the costs to more reasonable values, I might get one I really want for maybe ten bucks in the future.

Currently don't own any. I've thought about getting Ilya and Flame but haven't taken the leap...yet.

If they were to come out with Danielle's Atlas however, I'd jump all over it.

Or Davis McCall's Bannock-burn...but I doubt were getting Riflemen anytime soon.

Bought the YWL back when it first came out. Love the look and feel of the 'mech. Really wish the hardpoints weren't so limited, though.

Looking at the prices for the other hero 'mechs is kind of staggering to me.

I considered it but the price is currently too high. If the prices were lower I'd buy a muromets. I don't think the price is justified given the current state of the game. I know it's beta but there's still a lot to do before it's a final product worth spending money on.

I felt that I needed to support the game so I spent $30 on it and got the Ilya which is now my main Heavy Mech.

Bought a YLW. Sold it when I discovered you can't repaint the gawd-awful looking thing. Thinking about a Muromets but not being able to customize heros to match the rest of the stable is a big drawback to me. /wpp.

Love the flame. Really good purchase.

Have both the Flame and Fang.
I started out with hunchbacks before moving to cataphracts. These dragons feel like super hunchbacks with more speed and ordnance.
Loved the promo video and the last bit where they high 5 sold it. The paint job is just nasty.

Yeah the heroes are kinda pricey. But my 6 year old son thought the Flame was really cool because "it has a lot of teeth like a shark". So what could I do? I bought it.
