I'm sorry you're getting confused about the situation, maybe you should let your account rest until PGI announce the game is ready to be released.

They can do another founders type thing so yeah they can ASK for money. Marketing their game is ignorant and going to ruin future fans for them read the forums I see a lot of people going "relax dude it's a BETA"
