Bring Back Unlimited Map Voting

Sure sure its been "rehashed over and over" but who cares!
Bring back unlimited map voting at least that way those of us who played "map roulette" would often end up getting everyone to play random maps. As a direct result players were better at playing MWO and there was less need to tell some slobs to "git gud".

However because so many players are tooo lazy to vote anymore...
PGI should put a "RANDOM" button in the middle of voting page for them.
And put a checkbox under Options to automatically click Random vote button 1 time for those players.

On a serious note Please add a 3rd game mode to vote for.

there shouldnt be voting at all

it should just be random maps and gamemodes

Pretty sure they don't know how to code a button

PS: Even if they could... it'd probably get tested in PSR then moved over to Live... and even then makes your mech explode when pressed.

Democracy was a mistake. Remove voting entirely, give control to a dictatorship algorithm.

lol I forgot I made this post last night, well time to stir the pot again.

Unlimited voting is better then the old way of no votes and no choice because players don't matter.
And yet the current system everyone says is broken and they play the same maps over and over.
These two facts alone are more then enough reason to bring back true map roulette for those truely random map and modes to happen.

But talks cheap so heres all quick-matches I got last night. Whats in (brackets) was 2nd mode offered.

1st. Polar Highlands + Escort (Incursion)
2nd. Frozen City + Domination (Assault)
3rd. Mining Collective + Assault (Incursion)
4th. Grim Plexus + Escort (Incursion)
5th. HPG Manifold + Skirmish (Escort)
6th. River City + Conquest (Escort)

Escort and Incursion was too common last night, but 6 matches is too small a pool so its probably just coincidence.

IMO best solution that somebody mentioned was map voting working like contracts in FP - maps that get less playtime get more c-bills, exp etc.

Or by finally implementing personal goals that e.g. require a lot of players to play a certain not commonly played map. Id prefer to get rid of voting.

Remove all maps except Viridian bog.
