Thought on Assault 'Mechs. A Light 'Mech pilot would use its speed to close in quickly on a target - Assault 'Mech pilots should do the opposite, keeping distance between their opponents and themselves.

A thought on legging. It is necessary to be fixated on the target for such a tactic to work, which in turn leaves you vulnerable to flanking. Use good fire support against leggers.

Replaying MechWarrior 3, I had a thought on killing filthy clanners... Their fancy 'Mechs are no good if you drop a bridge on them. I hope there will be bridges on MechWarrior Online.
