Yeah, I didn't have the time to grind and hadn't played the YLW in a while. I got lucky and landed some really nice matches that I'll upload to YouTube this week, but that's about the only reason why I got even that high.

Participation is key to Leadership. Don't claim to be a community leader or Unit leader if you don't participate. It's that simple. A Guild that has no leadership will represent you in a way you may dislike. If you are a Guild leader: you need to participate in your community and the community at large in order to recruit. If you don't do these two things then STFU.
