River city blue needs to be toned down for rotation, tired of playing a game like this in thermal vision. Alpine is cool, but they need to slow the cap speed on that map or make it a 12v12 map only.
Really wish there was a way to veto maps like in Starcraft 2, here's your map pool you get to veto one and approve one, we will try and drop you more on the one you approve and you will never see the vetoed map.

I'm with most of the other people here, seeing way to much of river city and not enough alpine. in fact i would love to see all the maps increased to the alpine size level. it makes it a much more tactical game when you cant just base rush in under 3 minutes and high DPS 300m alpha builds actually have to think about brining some long range weapons for balance.
P.S. did i mention I FREAKING LOVE ALPINE!

1. Totally agree. You can safely play at least 16x16 here, with aerospace support.
2. Yep, larger cap time.
3. Depends. If you mean, that to win you must capture one of such points - then no. If cap them all, or hold some number of them for some time - it may not work for 8x8.

I meant you need more than 750 point to win in conquest, sorry it was not clear. I had only one good game with this map when everyone was ignoring the cap points... Only light an medium are usually quick enough to react if you are losing on points.

The problem is that the variants of maps count as another map. So instead of a 1/5 chance of getting alpine, it's a 1/8 chance. They really need to adjust the weight of maps with variants to have an equal chance of getting maps without them. The difference between day/night doesn't change how the map plays, so I'd be nice to have them as flavor options without increasing the drop probability for a particular map.
