A simple question here since so far I cannot find the answer on the forum. When the game servers go down for maintenance (or just plain offline), does your premium time continue to tick down while you cannot play? It doesn't make sense for that to be the case, but since I haven't seen anything that says that I would just like some clarification.

Last time there was a long wait on maintenance, last patch, they added time to your premium time equal to the time lost.

Normally the down time is roughly 30 minutes. As stated above there is precedent to refund time when patches or system errors that lead to long waits occur.
