If You Had 1 Billion $ To Support Mwo...

So if you had all the money you needed to do whatever to improve MWO, what would you do?
I'm kinda split between these two options:
I would hire a bunch of chinese hackers and some mercenaries, then pull Cheese builder I.P. adresses and proceed cleaning the gutters of this game.
OR...
Buy PGI an IGP and give them 10 year contracts pre-paid, then order them to ignore casuals and cater to me only.

I'd then give some money, assets, and the IP to a company with more manpower and with a better history with Mech games, so... From Software.

Oh and how would I spend the money on mwo? Dunno, maybe get one 10$ mc pack. Seems like the right amount pgi deserves based on their progress.

I'd put a billion dollars into savings before I'd support the game that bad. I have nothing I want to spend it on right now too. So I guess I have no opinions.

Not really, I was just trying to think of all the developers still around with a Mech game or two in their library.
It is a very short list.
I think filtered out which ones would give a subpar product and which ones probably wouldn't, the logical answer was From Software.

Oh wait, never mind, I misread the intent of the question...yeah, If I had a billion dollars I would totally care about somebody else's business.....totally. Because it's common knowledge rich people care more, rather than simply spend money to make guilt go away.

After all, why not simply bypass the whole hassle with Harmony Gold.
Aside from that, I'd septuple the staff.

Eh.
From Software's style for mecha is particularly Japanese, so noty. They also aren't exactly consistent in even producing their lock-in niche games. The critical reception is also painful, but that's at least partially because their particular genre doesn't translate well to western gamers. Just doesn't translate, the same as MW/BT didn't catch on well within Japan (AFAIK).
You're getting what you're getting. Otherwise, Gb2Hawken.
/Or you could try out reign of thunder.
//...HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

But really, if I had that kind of money, I'd give one milliard to PGI and then enjoy the rest.
