As the question says, with the last patch they upped the effectiveness of the sensor modules against ECM mechs.

Does the same apply/stack for BAP, since BAP does similar things to the module?

I know BAP allows you to see shutdown mechs on top of increasing sensor range but I don't think it would increase any ECM factor from the module; just the overall range.

Had to reread the question.

They stack, so yes in the range but I don't think BAP allows you anything else except shutdown mech detection.

Thanks for your answer, but to clarify, I'm more curious about if that one aspect of it stacks:

With the last patch, if you have a MK II Sensor Module, you detect ECM cloaked mechs at 250m, instead of 200m.

If I add a BAP on top of that, do I get a further bonus to the 250m cloaked mech detection? Or are these two things completely unrelated and only the sensor module does that?

Yeah i updated my initial response, had to think about it. Everything I have read leads me to want to say no, it wouldn't. But I have not read anything specifically answering that question.
