By 3052, the FRR is down to 7 planets. Sure, that's existing, but the St. Ives Compact has 17.

I would also like to point out the fact that virtually all the remaining FRR worlds were turned into Comstar Fortresses, so there's that... Also what happens to the Compact in 3062 again?....

Tukyayyid is not actually part of the FRR after the battle, it becomes a Comstar protectorate. And by the mid 3060s the FRR basically joins up with The Ghost Bear Dominion.
