More specifically, the JN-G9CC Variant. When was it created? If it falls into the time period of MechWarrior Online, it would be one of the Heavies I'd want to pilot.

yeah it will be a while before we see this mech. The main production line is built by w.o.b. Yet there is a earlier version probably a prototype built before the civil war.

First correct the name -> its Jinggau not "Jenga what ever"
It was part of the Xin-Sheng battlemechs to give House Liao even on the battlefield a new identity. So you will see them first after 3060...and even then they are rare...
In the mean time take the Cathepract...while not as mobile as the Jinggau it has nearly the same fire power ...greetings

According to masterunitlist.info, the only canon website for introdates, the JN-G9CC was introduced sometime in 3072. Note that by far and large, 'Mechs cannot be considered anywhere remotely close to common until they've been in major production for 10-20 years. In fact, a well-seasoned Mechwarrior could go his entire career without ever seeing one, and it wouldn't be odd at all.
The first introdate we have for the chassis is 3059, with the JN-G7L.
