What does this do?
I have it attached to my centurion, whats the difference between LBX10 and just 10?
Also, it says on its description it only deals 1 damage, is this a glitch?
Thanks.
(PS I'm to lazy to fire it and find out!!)

Kinda like a shotgun. It spreads the damage. Think of it as buckshot. My personal opinion only the lbx20 is worth it but that's not in game yet. It also crit seeks as well.

Do we call it LBX10 or LB10X

Instead of 1 slug dealing 10pts of damage it fires 10 pellets all dealing 1pt of damage.
It's great fun running 2 of these along with a streak, LL and 2 machine guns on my CTF-4X
-Edit- Can we have a 'Dislike' button devs please?

It needs to be fixed before it can be the competitive super weapon its supposed to be in the IS during this time period.
We also need alt. ammo types to truly make it shine.

LBX10 fires pellets, or a scattershot of smaller shells, similar to a shotgun with buckshot. That makes it easier to hit things with, but the damage is spread over several armor segments of your target rather than pinpoint damage. The LBX10 is only really effective in fighting those sneaky light mechs or when you get up real close.
I use one on my Flame, group fired with an SRM6, for when I want to reach out and give someone a hug, get up behind an enemy, or am fending off fast lights and mediums.

Works like a shotgun. Highly situational, but still a lot of fun.
Not 1 damage, it does 10 damage if all the cluster rounds hit a target.

It's a shotgun. Fires 10x 1dmg pellets instead of 1x 10dmg bullet.

Point of the gun is supposed to be to shoot slugs until the armor is open then switch to cluster munitions for crit seeking (or anti-air) but we only have the crappy crit seeking portion which is fun but pointless
