Indeed if I'm in something light and there is an enemy atlas nearby the last place I'm trying to be is in front of it.

i wouldnt go to this extreme but the default armor values for many mechs are too back heavy. especially the heavier ones.

Yes, I've gotten accused of hacking because my awesome (worst offender) ate an Atlas alpha and still had armor.
