A: At this point we are not ready to discuss Clan Technology. We are getting very close to a final design, so look forward to a more official announcement in April/May.

Granted, that ask the devs is a bit older now, but I highly doubt they will release playable clan mechs until they have omni worked out and tweaked.

This doesn't mean we won't hear anything about the clans, but for my money, beyond some ISN chatter, maybe some art, it will still be awhile.

Someone told me they have already made tons of maps and mechs. They just won't release them. I can't say who this person is but apparently they were very close to the devs during testing and they were an admin during closed beta. I am inclined to believe this person.

If this isn't true at all then PGI has completely dropped their production rate to nearly nothing.

Which is why most of this is true. Expect 1 more assault and 4 clan mechs announced hopefully some time REALLY SOON.
