Quit playing a little while back (stalker had just come out) and was wondering about the big changes. I'd look at the patch notes, but I can't seem to find anything but the most recent ones. Can somebody either give me the highlights or point out where I can find the patch notes?

Look at the top header, click on "Game" and you will see a subheader containing the most recent patch notes.

Mainly detail; we have a lot more on objects (Ship for example) a few new reworked scenarios for night (River City) and of course we now have the Spider, see http://mwomercs.com/...-jenner-hunter/ its been causing a bit of controversy.
