I have to jettison this thread, it's too hot.

There is nothing to say when someone loads their Mech with ONLY guided weapons and gets nullified by someone who can block guidance systems.

If you want to use a Catapult A1 without "boating" SRM6, then you can use a more balanced loadout of 2x LRM-10 + 2x SRM6 + 2x SSRM2 or something like that. You can use SRM6 (or any other weapon for that matter) without having to boat them.
