Hey All.

I just popped back on the forums and was surprised to see they are going to add coolant flush. I've read alot of the threads and think we need to see the stats of what side of the fence we are all on.

Do not see what all the fuss is about, a good Mech setup does not need Coolant.
But seem to remember this from MW4 as backup way to reduce heat fast. NOT PAY TO WIN as everyone has access to it.

From my point of view, Coolant Flush is a stupid 'arcady' game mechanic that doesn't make sense to begin with.
If that piece of equipment actually existed, mechs would have automatic coolant flush systems already built-in. You know, they're a bit too expensive and valuable to not have it..

It also kinda dumbs down the BT gameplay from a "riding the red line, warrior" to "press the button at the right time, min-maxer".
That's why I don't like it. I would prefer a heat system where heat lingers around for longer, actually had real penalties aside from shutdown, and you'd have to carefully aim and consider which weapons to use, instead.
Of course ymmv.

Seems like the *pew pew* *boom* *alpha-strike* *burst-damage* shooter generation gets it's dope.
I'm less excited.

That's funny, because I had a friend ask me if I liked Sushi recently. I told her that I don't like Sushi at all!!! To get more specifics, she asked what type of sushi I've tried, but I thought that was such a stupid question!

I obviously haven't tried any of it, because I don't like it.
