I don't think I have any mechs that seriously need it right now, but I might be moved to make a raging heat pig just to try it.

Everyone that runs a relatively hot weapon loadout and wants to win more than lose will. Why wouldn't they use it? I think it's a terrible game mechanic to add to the game and PGI reps have said in the past that they didn't intend to add it, but, well, here it comes.
