It looks like the new stat system is relaunched and looks pretty nifty.

I was curious if the new stat tabs will be populated with our old stats or just all the stats from this point forward?

Probably starting fresh. I do not believe they have been tracking all those extra metrics.

There is going to be a stats wipe at some point soon anyway to go in with the Achievements system

I wonder where the stat reset is that should come with ELO.

Of all the stats listed, I think it will be most interesting to know what maps I perform best/worst on. I'm thinking once I know that, I'll start playing super cautious on those maps lol.

A stats wipes was NEVER ANNOUNCED TO GO WITH ELO

A stats wipe is planned to go with Achievements, which haven't been implemented yet.

I think this will be very beneficial, it will help identify problem areas and what you should focus on.
I hope it is a stats wipe personally. Get rid of those 100 odd games I had to play in trials.

Pre-ELO stats for most pug's are completely meaningless.

I do wish it tracked grouped vs pugged in the main stats too, that is an incredibly relevant stat for establishing context, even in a post ELO world.

new stat metrics will start new as they did not track the old data, base stats are retained, all stats will be wiped at some point in time, they told us so, but we don't have a time frame. it will be wiped for achievement system, which isn't ready yet.

No, you would still be able to see which weapon you do best with, which map you struggle on and so forth.

If you were a dedicated "pug stomper" then your stats might not be fully indicative of reality, but it is still useful information. And I have serious doubts that the "pug stompers" are anything of the sort, more like people that prefer to play with friends on a voice chat system against any players that dropped against them.
