Stuck / Out-Of-World / Collision Map Feedback

I submitted a ticket and the (not helpful) support person asked for coordinates and the like, when I specifically said that any vertical/impassable object was causing the mech to become stuck. It requires full throttle down and turning to become unstuck.
In a light mech, this is often fatal.

Yep, that's the same symptoms I've experienced. And sometimes even throttling down doesn't seem to respond properly, which is really weird and prevents getting unstuck quickly.

The map affected.
River City Night

The coordinates affected.
not sure providing picture and comments to try and confirm
The Mech or weapon used to achieve the collision issue.
Stalker walking along side cathedral heading to f6 when left leg fell off wall and mech was dragged to a bottom level
it's between the foundation wall and the short road ramp leading up to that level where my stalker fell in and got stuck, couldn't move forward backwards etc. no space to turn if your mech is large means you're wedged and a sitting duck.

I'm unsure of the coordinates. The issue occurs between the wing of the dropship and the blast shield located directly under the left wing. I was unable to move my legs, but could still twist my torso. Looking around gave me the impression my mech was embedded in the wing. My friend also experienced the same issue in the same mech on River City Night.

It looks like a number of other people have gotten stuck at these same coordinates. There is a wall on the ground that comes up to the mech's ankles or so here, and once you walk into it you can not turn, accelerate or decelerate. As jay35 noted earlier in the thread, often it was possible to get unstuck by turning or reversing, but neither of these things are possible.

Could turn and fire but not move even when doing a 360 at full throttle.

I was jumping on the ledge but didn't quite make, started sliding back, got stuck between rocks. Jumpjets did'nt recharge, upon death my mech fell through the world. For a while I could turn around completely, but then my legs got stuck permanently, I could only move torso after that.

I would like to point out that River city is the most problematic map there is because the map appears to be designed with destructible environments in mind, which do not exist yet.

AWS-8Q, in D7.
Interestingly enough, I can fire up through the terrain and hit targets with PPCs from down there.
