Just for the sheer number of very obvious and painfull bugs:

1. Crash to desktop - Yes, I've already upgraded to the latest NVIDIA drivers available
2. Enter no longer works to end chat, or even send a chat message while piloting mech
3. Drops out of thermal vision randomly
4. Scoreboard flashes to almost unreadability while playing
5. While spectating can longer bring up scoreboard, or strategic map
6. While spectating the mini map will sometimes not be visible
7. When starting not all team member's 'mechs are displayed (yes, these people ARE actually online not DC'd)
8. While spectating can't chat, neither mapped keys for chat will work at all. Even after pressing enter several types, pressing escape several times (or any other previously known resolution to this issue)

I mean it's very obvious easy to find crap like this (I found in matter of only 5 games) that makes me question whether or not PGI is making a PROFESSIONAL investment in the QA process.

Hiring a random amount of ******* off the street, especially in Canada, is NOT how you get professional results for your QA process.

did you read the announcement about NVIDIA 311 drivers ******* up?

Might want to check that before trashing the patch. Not saying your points are wrong, just asking if you checked your drivers first.

Quote

Important Known Issue

During testing we ran into a crash issue that only occurred using Nvidia 311.xx drivers, drivers before 311 tested fine as did drivers after 311. The 311 drivers have since been removed from the Nvidia website. If you are using 311.xx drivers YOU MUST UPDATE YOUR DRIVERS failure to do so will likely result in a low frequency (3 out of 10 games from our tests) crash when playing the game.

The right way to file a bug report:

Email support@mwomercs.com and include details such as your DxDiag

complain QA isn't doing their job

Obviously they can't test all possible hardware and software combinations. Just because you find a bug right away does not mean it ever occured during testing or was ever reproduable on their testing hardware.

Artemis was one 'supposed' bug that had a BIG effect, ALSO very obvious to anyone paying attention, but it was just one.

This is a lot of little bugs adding up to a major pain in the ***.

God only knows how many actual BIG bugs they've missed that are screwing us over...

Did you read the part of my statement that said: "Yes, I've already upgraded to the latest NVIDIA drivers available", which translated to derp means, "I'm on a version NEWER than 311"...

lucky you, you had 5 games, i had only 3 uber lagspike ones and now after 6th try im not sure if ill try more today. When i connect to game/game screen appears where you loading in to game... BUT... after load black screen appears and nothing changes even after waiting 5mins.... so im fkn happy with so professional patch :P

PS: i have 314.07 nvidia update, so thats not the problem...

Uh huh, just like the aforementioned Artemis patch?

No, pretty much every match I'm playing, OTHER people are finding and mentioning the exact same things too, so, I significantly doubt it's anything unique to my system.

Listen, you neandertroll. I'm sure PGI's whole master plan for world domination and to make money is not to screw you over or create bugs so that a game is unplayable.

PGI wants MWO to work. Working MWO = Profit.

Every company, major and minor, has many bugs. Pretty much every PC game doesn't work perfectly out of the box, requiring an online patch. In addition, online games are constantly adding content which means, you guessed it, more possibility for bugs.

But hey, just because you rage doesn't mean you know anything about games.

I had an issue where the mouse was on-screen and my hud kept flashing as if I was starting up again. Aside from that, pretty decent so far.

Neandertroll? I like that one, and anyway, after tripping over themselves a majority of their patches it gets old, and we paying public should voice our frustration, in no uncertain terms, to them on their repetative mistakes.

These aren't obscure extremely hidden issues, these are things that are RIGHT THERE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE, for ANYONE who is even moderately observant or might give half a **** to notice and fix, or maybe at least note in the patch notes so that we don't have to be suprised by yet another new and irritating bug limiting our ability to play the game to its theoretical current full capacity.

Well, there are a number bugs so obvious (like snow being white (=hot) on thermal. That one was even pointed out to them when they accidentially patched in new thermal before April 2nd.) that one can only think that either, they did not play their own game a single time with the new feature or they just don't give a damn.
