surprised to see so many votes against coolant flushes. As an idea of giving an opportunity to flush a bit of heat once in a match is a good one, I think. It doesn't give you too much advantage, but it deepens heat management.
I suppose these votes are a result of general disagreement with idea of advantage of MC-bought modules. And it does need to be voted against for sure.
No, it isn't. Its a terrible idea based on an even worse idea from a previous game.
Look up Thermal Downshock and let me know how good of an idea you still think "Coolant Flush" is. Or for a more fun test do the following:
Drive your car someplace with high ambient temperatures and in such a fashion as to cause the heat to rise above the 60% of whatever type of heat gauge resides on your instrument cluster.
With a friend standing by with fresh coolant, stop your car, completely drain your coolant
without letting the engine cool, and the replace it as fast as you can.
Let us know how that works out for you.
Coolant Flush is ******* stupid, in any form, it's not even really a debate. That they put it in the game is bad enough.
To make aversion that is available via RMT only is just a ******* slap in the face to their entire playerbase.
It has nothing to do with the functional differences between the FakeMoney and RealMoney versions. It's a ******* insult to us all, especially those of us who fought against "Gold Ammo" (essentially Consumable) in Closed Beta.
