Learn to read patch notes and stop raging.

Especially this part:
Plenty of bug fixes in there, and besides the fact that the department in charge of changing things like sound and visual is not the same to fix bugs, I think they're doing their job.

- BAP now deactivates it's bonuses when module is disabled.
- LRM paths now look more realistic without predictable 'pinching' or certain weird looking formations.
[Stats

I think PGI could do more to improve the game...such as fixing movement mechanics and falling down hills. However, I've got no problem with new sound effects and UI elements. PGI also needs to make money with the game, so simple things such as fuzzy dice and .50 cal rounds in your cockpit are necessities. Yes, PGI could do more, but I'm not unsatisfied by the progress they've made so far.

The "whistle" is the sound of a charging electrical capacitor. I hear them all the time with my job, it's pretty good simulation of the sound too. That said, it's an annoying and unnecessary sound. I wish they would remove it.
