When doing continuous fire with the flamer, it has a cap on how much heat it generates, and that is fine (equipment is only going to get so hot), but the heat cap resets when you stop and resume firing again. This is what seems wrong to me. My mech is cooling down and when I start shooting that flamer again, I don't see why it should create any more heat than it did the first time.
EX: Say my continuous use of the flamer raises my mech's heat to 30% and then levels out. I let the flamer rest for a few seconds to lower my mech's heat level, then I use it again (not fully cooled down) and the heat begins to go well above 30% this time.
Shouldn't my heat level out at 30% again? I'm not generating any more heat than I did the last time and my mech's ability to dissipate said heat hasn't changed either, so what's the deal?
