There's differences in the 3L. So if someone reports he took out a 3L with ease, that may be due to skill, but it just maybe down to a "normal" 3L running at 106 or 120 and not at 150kph. Those Guys are way easier to take down. And it also depends on your ping, though state rewind has addressed that somewhat. So suggesting "It's easy" doesn't really cut it unless you're sure it's one of those 150 road runner boys.

Can a 150kph 3L outrun LRMs?
Playing conquest on caustic, commando 2D countered the 3L ecm and one other light was shooting him aswell at cap point. Poured six or seven volleys from LRM10 and LRM15 (artemis and tagged him when he was visible). The armour was not even on red and he killed the 2D, no idea about the other light as enemy heavies were coming on.
Later he came to finish me and 4xML in arms did prettymuch nothing on him (removed CT armor, but thats it).

2X and 4X are just cannonfodder, but 3L, hate those things.
Fought 150kph cicadas in different build and they are not too much of a problem, but 3Ls run around hugging everyone on their flyby, slide into wall and happily run away.

Knockdowns would do good on them.

A pair of AC/20 slugs to the face followed up by a few lasers.

AC 20

AC/20 is the best counter for Raven-3L and any other ECM using mech around. It is the universal off switch when utilized properly.
