Just checking out the Top Gun leaderboards, wondering how the heck you cna get more than 8 kills and assists in a match, given that you can't assist yourself? Is it counting the tag bonus as an assist?
I'm just confused, and would like to go do it myself....

Your team counter gets raw credit even when a team member kills another team member. That is sometimes how you'll see a team up a bunch of kills but a couple enemies are still alive.
You get penalized for it through XP and pay, but it is still originally counted as any other frag.

So the only way to win this thing is to TK EVERYONE after an 8-0 stomp? Man.... They should probably do something about that, if that's how it's being counted...

Boy, now I feel dumb. I need to remember to convert PST into my timezone. I caught it just as the first matches were being recorded. Heh.
